Charles Moore, M.D.
Charles E. Moore, M.D. is the CEO and President of Health Education, Assessment and Leadership (HEAL), Inc. As the founder of this organization, he strives to educate the community on health issues, assess its needs and in the process build leaders from within the community to address those issues. In this position, he has created a free clinic which provides healthcare in underserved areas in an integrated fashion. Dr. Moore is also the Chief of Service in the Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at Grady Health System and a faculty member at Emory University.
Dr. Moore received a Bachelor of Science from Union College and Harvard Medical School awarded him his medical degree. He subsequently completed residency training in Otolaryngology and fellowship training in Craniomaxillofacial – Cranial Base, Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Michigan.
Dr. Moore is board certified in Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery.

Lactation consultants will be available to promote, protect and support breastfeeding. They provide education to mothers, families and the community. Not only are they available to help mother and babies in establishing a good breastfeeding relationship, but can also assist when problems arise.
The International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLC) at WellStar Kennestone and Cobb Hospital hold the most highly respected credentials in their field.
Breastfeeding is the most natural way to feed a baby, but it is a learned skill. Lactation Consultants are available at WellStar hospitals to help mothers and babies learn the art of breastfeeding.

Dr. Justin Harley
Dr. Justin Harley serves as the Director of Counseling and Family Ministries at Trinity Chapel. He holds a PhD in Counseling from Regent University. Dr. Harley utilizes his counseling experience, education, the Word of God, and his own experience as a father to help equip parents to better face the challenges of raising children.

Dr. Steven Mirtschink, D.C.
Dr. Mirtschink is a Clinics Administrator with Life University for over 20 years. He has had the wonderful opportunity to develop several Outreach Clinics in the Atlanta area. He has also published a research article “Quality of Life Changes in a Disadvantaged, Underserved Chiropractic Patient Population”. Currently the University has three Outreach Clinics to serve Cobb and the surrounding communities. He enjoys spending time with his family at the lake and coaching his children in baseball.
Dr. Anthony White
Dr. Anthony White received his education from the University of Toronto, where he studied neuroscience and biology. Later, he graduated from The Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where he received his doctorate in chiropractic.
He has practiced in Canada and the United States for over 10 years focusing on health and wellness. His first encounter with chiropractic came after a sports injury in high school. It was then that he encountered the principles of chiropractic and true health.
Dr. White has dedicated his life to learning and teaching God’s timeless principles for sustainable health and longevity. He regularly teaches these principles by lecturing at local secular and non-secular organizations, through workshops, and free community health screenings. Dr. White resides in the suburbs of Atlanta with his wife and two daughters and is a member of Trinity Chapel Church. Dr. Kevin R. Jackson
Young Smiles Dentistry for Kids was opened by Dr. Kevin R. Jackson in August 2007, and is located at 4150 Macland Rd, Suite 205, Powder Springs, GA. Dr. Jackson completed his Bachelor of Science degree at Furman University (Greenville, S.C.). He then obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Meharry Medical College (Nashville, TN), and later went on to complete his Pediatric Dental Residency at the University of TN Health Science Center in Memphis. Dr. Jackson has been practicing Pediatric Dentistry in the Metro Atlanta area since 2005. His practice philosophy is to provide specialized and comprehensive care for all infants, children and adolescents in a friendly, safe, and state-of-the-art environment with a focus on prevention and education. In his spare time, Dr. Jackson volunteers in his community as a youth football and basketball coach, as well as a guest speaker at various schools and camps in the Cobb County area. He is married with three children ages 8, 4, and 1, and is an active member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.

Dr. Rico Short graduated from Morris Brown College in 1995 as Valedictorian with a Bachelor of Science degree. He attended the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry from 1995-1999 to attain a Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree. In 2002 he became a dental specialist (Endodontist) with a degree from Nova Southeastern University. His private practice (Apex Endodontics P.C) is located in Smryna, Georgia. Dr. Short is married to Angela Short (Aleong) who is a dental hygienist and he has two children (Jayla and Ava). Some of his volunteer activities include: Ben Massell Dental Clinic (dental services provided at no charge); Good Samaritan Dental Clinic (dental services provided at no charge); CAP (volunteer root canal treatment to underserved kids in the community); Dental Mission Trips; and Mentorship Programs.

My name is Jonathan Stokes, and I am a member of the United States Army/US Army Reserve. I am a 68W (Combat Medic). I served four years on Active Duty with the US Army, completing one tour of duty in Iraq. I came off Active Duty, and entered the AGR (Active Guard Reserve) program, as a full-time Medic/Combat Lifesaver. I am stationed out of Atlanta, and currently celebrating 7 years as a member of the US Army/US Army Reserve and a member of Trinity Chapel Church of God, Powder Springs. Born in Enterprise, AL, and raised in South Georgia, I settled down in Atlanta. I am 25 years old. I currently hold the rank of Staff Sergeant. I completed Basic Combat Training at Ft. Jackson, SC. Attended Combat Medic Course at Ft. Sam Houston, TX. Leadership School (PLDC) also at Ft. Jackson, SC. WLC – Ft. Jackson, SC. NCO Course, Ft. Jackson, SC.
